Born and educated in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Helena Noonan began her career in Real Estate in the late ’90s serving a very exclusive clientele in Miami Beach, FL. A savvy world traveler who has visited over 100 countries and lived in Europe and Hong Kong prior to making Orange County her home, Helena is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and speaks conversational Italian. Serving our local coastal communities since 2002, she has become accustomed to the complex negotiations, changing dynamics, and international opportunities found in today’s luxury markets. SHAWN NOONAN – Team Leader-Business Development
Shawn was raised in Northern California and later moved to Los Angeles where he attended UCLA and graduated with a degree in Physiological Sciences. As the co-founder of a successful sports therapy practice, his reputation for discretion and exceptional service helped him develop a client list that included Olympic athletes, Oscar-winning actors, and a consultancy with SONY Pictures Entertainment. He also developed a career as a public speaker and has led seminars across North America on the principles of marketing, leadership and organizational development. He joined his wife in the Real Estate industry in 2006.

Kurt grew up in Southern California, where he developed a love for sports. He played numerous sports, including baseball, basketball, soccer, and beach volleyball during his youth. While excelling as a baseball player, Kurt was drafted into the MLB by the Milwaukee Brewers in 2007. Unfortunately, a hit by pitch led to an injury that ended his career with the Brewers. However, he remains an avid baseball fan and enjoys coaching his sons and spending time with his family.

A native, of Southern California, Jeni was born and raised in Orange County and has a deeply rooted background in real estate for over 21 years. Having been mentored by her father, who also worked in real estate, Jeni has built her success in real estate locally and expanded her outreach to Southern Utah, where she held her real estate license for 7 years. She has worked alongside some of the highest producing agents as a Transaction Coordinator, overseeing all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreements to closing. She has joined The Noonan Team, instrumentally, as Operations Manager and she brings her talents, expertise and skills to elevate the transaction experience.

She strategizes, executes and manages a variety of campaigns to market new listings, share our content and connect and drive engagement on social media. She also develops sophisticated, eye-catching print and digital materials that attract attention and are designed to resonate with buyers, sellers, and consumers alike.
CLARISSA ABADILLA – Transaction Coordinator
Clarissa Abadilla is a native-born Southern Californian and currently resides in Orange County. She began her career in the real estate industry in 2006 and started her entrepreneurial journey in 2010 when she established her independent transaction coordination service -‘Ultimate TC’. Away from work, Clarissa loves hanging out with family and friends, being in nature, taking care of her dogs, and traveling. Michelle specializes in residential purchase and refinance transactions. She is also a certified Notary public. With the 10 years of industry experience, Michelle is extremely knowledgeable about the transaction process from start to finish and carries herself with a level of professionalism that puts her clients at ease. As a southern California native. Michelle enjoys the sunshine and spends her free time outdoors- from the beach to the baseball fields- with her two wonderful children.
